I have hiking-style sandals - can I wear those?

For your safety, we ask that you wear shoes with a fully enclosed heel and toe - tennis/athletic shoes or hiking type shoes are best for zip lining. Any shoes with a back strap are allowed on the zip line. Shoes without a back strap will be removed and secured to you for your zip line flight. 

Do I  have to wear long pants on the zip line?

No, but they tend to be more comfortable when wearing a zip line harness.  Hoop skirts won't work.

Can I go upside down or spinning around? 

Yes! We encourage originality! Try something new. We have made the safest zip line in the world in order for you to do stuff you can't do on just any zip line.

Is there a weight limit or age requirement for the zip line?

On the weight side, people must be between 42 and 250 pounds.  The minimum age is 6 years old.  There is no maximum age.

Are there any health issues I should consider?

Customers with serious neck, back, or joint injuries or chronic heart problems should use their own discretion about their capabilities to safely participate in riding the Zip Line. It is STRONGLY RECOMMENDED that anyone with who has had recent surgery, especially on ankles, knees or their back, not participate in zip line rides. For your and your baby's safety, we do not allow pregnant women to participate in the zip line course.

Is ziplining safe?

Yes! Our zip line has two separate braking systems, ease of use, and fully compliant safety features that meet all standards for zip lines! We like to brag, "We're the safest zip line in the USA!"

What if I want to cancel the zip line after I have already paid?

We will be happy that you gave it a try. Our goal is to get you up to the launch platform.   If you decide not to try the zip line, we'll give you a full refund!

Can my dog go on the zipline?

Not at this time.
